Rental Equipment Return Policy

At Black Peak Equipment, we strive to provide high-quality rental equipment and excellent service. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our rental equipment return policy:

1. Return Timeline

  • Standard Rental Period: All rental equipment is due for return by the end of the rental period specified in your agreement.
  • Late Returns: If the equipment is returned after the agreed-upon date and time, additional rental fees may apply. Late fees will be charged at a rate of [5%] per day of the rental price.

2. Condition of Equipment

  • Return Condition: All rental equipment must be returned in the same condition it was provided, free from damage, excessive wear, or alterations.

4. Inspection

  • All equipment will be inspected upon return to assess its condition. If any issues are identified, the customer will be notified, and any applicable charges will be applied.

5. Refunds

  • Early Returns: If you return the equipment earlier than planned, no partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the rental period.
  • Faulty Equipment: If the equipment is found to be defective or malfunctioning during the rental period, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the issue, provided the equipment has been used in accordance with our guidelines.

6. Special Terms

  • Long-Term Rentals: For long-term rentals (e.g., over 30 days), additional terms and conditions may apply, including early termination fees or extended rental agreements.
  • Seasonal or High-Demand Equipment: For equipment in high demand or used during peak seasons, please return the equipment on time to avoid disruptions to other customers.
